You will manage a portfolio of engagements, ensuring quality, scope, and on-time delivery while fostering strong client relationships and collaboration across Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in project or implementation management.
• Experience with software/SaaS implementation.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong Agile delivery experience.
• Excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for client implementations and professional services engagements.
• Manage portfolio of client projects within scope, budget, quality, and timeline.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Translate client requirements into implementation plans and specifications.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams.
• Provide project status updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to optimize delivery processes.
• Support pre-sales engagements and customer initiatives.
