Job summary

PwC is seeking a Client Engagement Lead Senior Manager in Illinois to steer large, cross-functional client engagements within our Software and Product Innovation practice. You will partner with client teams to drive adoption, address issues, and align delivery across cloud, data, engineering, and analytics initiatives.

You’ll coach teams, balance escalation with action, and shape clear messages while applying systems thinking to improve outcomes for clients and PwC’s delivery teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and at least 6 years of experience required.
Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional client engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagement activities across managed services delivery streams.
Advise clients on service adoption, issue resolution, and relationship management for cloud, data, and engineering solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable support for modernization, platform engineering, and analytics initiatives.
Apply systems thinking to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities to improve outcomes.
Translate client needs into actionable workplans and escalation paths.
