PwC is seeking a Client Engagement Lead Senior Manager to steer high-impact client engagements within our Software and Product Innovation practice. You will integrate customer success management with product innovation to strengthen relationships and outcomes across software-driven services, guiding large projects, coaching teams, and balancing action with escalation.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized training/experience.
Minimum 6 years of experience.
Experience leading client engagements in managed services is a plus.

Mansioni

Lead client engagement activities across managed services delivery streams and align work to customer success goals.
Advise clients on service adoption, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship management for cloud, data, and engineering solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable support for application modernization, platform engineering, and analytics initiatives.
Apply systems thinking to identify service risks, delivery gaps, and opportunities to improve client outcomes.
Translate client needs into actionable workplans, priorities, and escalation paths for complex delivery environments.
Use AI fluency, data analytics, and CRM tools to support service improvement and operational insight.
Guide issue management and escalation resolution with clear stakeholder communication.
Coach team members on client interaction, service excellence, and retention strategies.
