PwC seeks a Client Engagement Lead Senior Manager to drive client-focused work within our Software and Product Innovation practice. You will guide large projects, coach teams, and balance action with escalation while ensuring clear messaging and outcomes across software-driven services.

You will coordinate delivery, validate client feedback, and help sustain relationships across engagements. A people-centered, results-driven approach will be applied to clients and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with required years of experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Experience leading client engagement strategies across scaled engineering services.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable workplans and priorities.
• Familiarity with cloud, data, and analytics domains.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client engagement activities across managed services delivery streams.
• Advise clients on service adoption and ongoing relationship management for cloud, data, and engineering solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver support for application modernization and analytics initiatives.
• Apply systems thinking to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Translate client needs into actionable workplans and escalation paths.
