Job summary

PwC is seeking a Client Engagement Lead Senior Manager to drive client-focused work within our Software and Product Innovation practice, combining customer success management and product innovation to strengthen relationships and outcomes. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with appropriate training/experience.
At least 6 years of experience in client engagement or related roles.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagement activities across managed services delivery.
Advise clients on service adoption and issue resolution for cloud, data, and engineering solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable support for modernization and analytics.
Apply systems thinking to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for client outcomes.
Translate client needs into actionable work plans, priorities, and escalation paths.
Use AI fluency and data analytics to support service improvement.
Guide issue management and escalation with clear stakeholder communication.
Coach teams on client interaction and service excellence to support retention.
