Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Lead client engagement activities across managed services delivery streams.
- Advise clients on service adoption, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship management for cloud, data, and engineering solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable support for application modernization, platform engineering, and analytics initiatives.
- Apply systems thinking to identify service risks, delivery gaps, and opportunities to improve client outcomes.
- Translate client needs into actionable workplans, priorities, and escalation paths for complex delivery environments.
- Use AI fluency, data analytics, and CRM tools to support service improvement and operational insight.
- Guide issue management and escalation resolution while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
- Coach team members on client interaction, service excellence, and retention strategies.
