PwC is seeking a Client Engagement Lead Senior Manager to drive client-focused work within our Software and Product Innovation practice. You will lead large projects, guide teams through complex client needs, and balance action with escalation while coaching others and shaping clear messages.

You will coordinate cross-functional delivery, validate client feedback, and support a people-centered, results-driven experience for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with specialized training/experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in client engagement or consulting.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional projects in a services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement activities across managed services delivery streams.
• Advise on service adoption, issue resolution, and relationship management for cloud, data, and engineering solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable support for modernization and analytics initiatives.
• Apply systems thinking to identify service risks and delivery gaps.
• Translate client needs into actionable workplans and escalation paths.
• Utilize AI, data analytics, and CRM tools to improve service delivery.
• Guide issue management and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Coach team members on client interaction and service excellence.
