You will lead large projects, guide teams through complex client needs, and drive continuity across engagements while coaching others and shaping clear messages for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with demonstrated experience in client engagement.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in client-focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement activities across managed services delivery streams aligned to customer success goals.
• Advise clients on service adoption, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship management for cloud, data, and engineering solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable support for modernization, platform engineering, and analytics initiatives.
• Apply systems thinking to identify risks, delivery gaps, and opportunities to improve client outcomes.
• Translate client needs into actionable workplans, priorities, and escalation paths.
• Utilize AI literacy, data analytics, and CRM tools to support service improvement and insights.
• Guide issue management and escalation with clear stakeholder communication.
• Coach team members on client interaction, service excellence, and retention strategies.
