Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Client Advocate to maintain and grow strategic client relationships across national accounts. The role emphasizes deep P&C insurance knowledge, client-facing delivery, and collaboration with insurers to tailor solutions and close new opportunities.

Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and project leadership skills. This position supports a hybrid work model with a focus on client service excellence, RFP responses, and training

Qualificações

• 8+ years of commercial Property & Casualty experience in a client-facing role.
• Ability to apply coverage forms in program design and identify coverage gaps.
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and present analytical models.
• Relationship management to leverage resources and drive conflicts to resolution.
• Strong negotiation skills to close complex deals while protecting client relationships.
• Business acumen and knowledge of renewal end-to-end process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of leading discussions.
• End-to-end project management skills for large, complex initiatives.
• Advocate for change; provide clear guidance and foster accountability.
• Proactive with feedback, critical thinking, and adaptability; curiosity for innovation.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with other online tools; P&C license required.
• Insurance industry designations preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand client relationships; respond to RFPs and support pitches.
• Develop innovative solutions and coordinate with insurers for account placement.
• Collaborate with Head of Client Advocacy on training, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Lead complex client discussions and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Drive client-focused solutions and manage project timelines across teams.
