Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks a Client Advocate to maintain and grow relationships across national accounts. You will respond to RFPs, develop innovative solutions, and help place risks with insurers in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes client-centric service, strategic advisory capabilities, and collaboration with a head of client advocacy to drive performance metrics and compliance. Hybrid work is typical for this position.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial Property & Casualty experience in a client-facing role.
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and present analytical models.
• Relationship Management skills to leverage resources and drive concessions.
• Negotiation skills to close complex deals and resolve conflicts.
• Knowledge of renewal end-to-end process and ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentations.
• Project management: end-to-end oversight of large projects.
• P&C license and continuing education requirements; designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and develop opportunities with prospects.
• Respond to RFPs and assist with pitches.
• Close on expanded services, products, and solutions for existing clients.
• Collaborate with Head of Client Advocacy on training, KPIs, and compliance.
• Assist with regulatory and operational responsibilities and adoption metrics.
• Work with insurers and placement teams to support client needs.
