Job summary

Qualifications

• Targeted 5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty knowledge in a client-facing role.
• Ability to apply knowledge of coverage forms in analysis of program design and gaps.
• Strong analytical, interpretation, and presentation skills for complex issues.
• Relationship Management: leverage internal/external resources for client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client engagement, renewal execution, and service coordination.
• Collaborate with a Client Advocate (CA) or senior account lead and a Client Specialist.
• Manage multi-stakeholder projects and deliverables end-to-end.
• Support end-to-end renewal processes and program design discussions.
