Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a North America Construction Associate Client Advocate to deliver high-quality service, support insurance program execution, and enhance client relationships. You will work with a Client Advocate and Client Specialist to lead daily engagement, renewal execution, and service coordination.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial P&C insurance in a client-facing capacity, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Targeted 5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance knowledge in a client-facing role.
• Apply knowledge of coverage forms to analyze program design and gaps.
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and present analytical models.
• Strong relationship management to leverage WTW resources.
• Negotiation skills to drive resolution without harming relationships.
• Understanding of end-to-end renewal process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to run complex conversations.
• Mentor Client Specialist and manage deliverables.
• Active P&C broker license and CE activities.
• Industry designations preferred (CPCU, ARM, CIC, CRIS, CRM).

Responsibilities
