Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks an Associate Client Advocate (ACA) to own client service activities and engagement in a Global Service Delivery team. The ACA collaborates with brokers and sales to meet insurance and risk management needs, delivering tailored client experiences and strategic support.

The role emphasizes relationship management, renewal strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize profitability while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance knowledge/experience in a client-facing role, or demonstrated capabilities to complete role responsibilities.
• Ability to apply knowledge of coverage forms in analysis of program design and coverage gaps.
• Ability to understand, interpret, analyze, and/or present analytical models.
• Relationship management to leverage internal/external resources for client needs.
• Negotiation skills to drive conflict resolution without harming relationships.
• Business acumen for strategy, tactics, and solutions in the marketplace.
• Understanding of renewal end-to-end process, steps and owners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to drive complex/technical conversations.

Responsibilities

• Retains existing book of business, develops, and strengthens client relationships.
• Coordinates delivery of internal resources to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Provides strategic planning and consulting advice to clients in collaboration with WTW teams.
• Supports renewal strategies and helps drive new business prospects.
• Leads client presentations, advocacy reports, and service plans.
• Ensures policy requirements and compliance are met.
