Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role with industry knowledge in Construction.
• Experience with renewal end-to-end process steps and owners.
• Oversight of large MBR programs and complex property schedules.
• Ability to apply coverage forms in program design, gaps, and ongoing consults.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic relationship management and placement for casualty lines of business (primary and excess).
• Develop strategies to quantify, mitigate, and transfer risk for clients.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to tailor solutions and drive deals to closure.
• Lead and collaborate on complex, multi-stakeholder projects and communications.
