Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in Phoenix seeks a Senior Client Advocate to manage strategic client relationships and placement of casualty lines for primary and excess policies. The role focuses on client-centric risk strategies, leveraging market know-how and internal resources, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Targeted 8-10+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role.
• Knowledge of renewal end-to-end process steps and owners.
• Experience with large MBR programs and complex property schedules.
• Ability to analyze coverage forms and identify gaps.
• Strong relationships to leverage internal/external resources; conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications; able to drive complex conversations.
• Insurance P&C License required; travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic relationship management and placement for clients.
• Craft strategies to quantify, mitigate, and transfer risk; execute casualty placements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Present models and analyses; drive negotiation and deal closure.
