Inspire is seeking a senior claims leader to implement efficient procedures for all commercial policies across our restaurant brands. You will delegate, escalate, or directly handle complex claims to reduce cost of risk and improve outcomes.

You will manage a claims management team, collaborate with HR, Safety, Operations, and external partners, and establish benchmarks to monitor yearly performance while staying current on multi-state regulations.

Competenze

• Proven knowledge of multi-state workers’ compensation laws and related regulations.
• Solid understanding of dram shop, products, premises and automobile liability.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial general liability and auto insurance terms.
• Ability to drive process improvements and cost reduction in claims handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presentations.
• Basic familiarity with risk management and claims information systems.

Mansioni

• Lead management of property and casualty claims programs for all brands with restaurant locations.
• Oversee third-party claims administrators and carriers; conduct quarterly reviews.
• Provide direction, supervision, and coaching to the claims team to optimize results.
• Develop programs to improve post-loss claims management and outcomes.
• Implement claims analytics to monitor efficiency and effectiveness.
• Balance workload and improve efficiency across assignments.
• Collaborate with Safety, Training and Operations teams to support safety initiatives.
• Communicate trends to HR Partners and Operations leaders; advise on best practices.
• Establish and monitor actuarial benchmarks for yearly claims performance.
• Stay current on multi-state workers’ compensation and general liability trends.
• Consult with Litigation Director on claims-related legal updates and risk-related projects.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, defense counsel and other external parties.
