Job summary

Inspire is seeking a seasoned risk and claims leader to manage property and casualty claims across all restaurant brands. You will oversee third‑party claim resources, drive cost‑effective resolutions, and guide a team focused on continuous improvement and analytics.

You will monitor multi-state workers’ compensation and general liability trends, collaborating with Safety, Training, Operations and HR to implement risk initiatives across 33,300+ restaurant brands.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of multi-state workers’ compensation laws and practices.
• Strong understanding of dram shop, products and premises liability.
• Experience with commercial general liability and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead property and casualty claims programs for all brand restaurant locations.
• Manage third-party claims administrators and carriers; conduct quarterly reviews.
• Coach claims management team to resolve efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Identify programs to improve post-loss claims management and analytics.
• Monitor assignments to balance workload and create efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Safety, Operations and HR on risk initiatives.
• Translate claims trends to HR and Operations leaders; report updates.
• Establish benchmarks for yearly claims performance and trends.
