Inspire Brands seeks an experienced claims leader to manage property and casualty claims for all brand restaurant locations. You will supervise a claims team, coordinate with TPAs and insurers, and implement processes to reduce cost of risk while improving resolution quality.

You will analyze trends, collaborate with Safety and Operations, and establish benchmarks for annual performance across multi-state environments.

Qualifications

• Multi-state workers' compensation laws knowledge
• Dram shop, products liability, premises liability, and automobile liability knowledge
• General liability and automobile insurance knowledge
• Decision making, negotiation, problem solving, and process improvement
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation experience
• Basic knowledge of risk management and claim information systems

Responsabilités

• Lead property and casualty claims programs for all brands with company restaurant locations
• Manage third-party claims administrator and insurance carrier resources
• Provide direction, oversight and coaching of claims team
• Identify and implement post-loss claims management improvements
• Develop analytics to monitor claims performance and balance workload
• Collaborate with Safety, Operations and HR to support safety initiatives
• Report significant claims trends to HR and Operations leaders
• Establish and monitor actuarial benchmarks for yearly claims performance
• Stay current on multi-state workers' comp and general liability trends
• Support Risk Management projects and external vendors/defense counsel
