Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with revenue growth and managing strategic relationships.
• Commercial Property & Casualty insurance industry experience required.
• Experience selling data, analytics, SaaS, workflow or technology solutions preferred.
• Previous people leadership experience coaching and managing sales professionals required.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance claims processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Commercial Claims Account Managers to meet revenue, retention, and growth objectives.
• Drive strategic account plans to expand relationships within Commercial Property & Casualty carrier claims organizations.
• Manage forecasts, pipeline health, territory planning, and performance metrics.
• Support customer meetings, opportunities, negotiations, and executive relationships.
• Coordinate with Product, Implementation, and Sales Support to deliver strong client outcomes.
• Develop talent plans, succession planning, and ongoing coaching for the team.
