United Grid Solutions is seeking a Senior Civil-Structural Engineer to provide expert design, supervision, and leadership for substation projects. The role combines billable project work with project management, proposal support, and cost estimation.

You will lead discipline-specific design efforts, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients and other engineering teams to deliver safe, cost-effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• PE license required.
• 8+ years of power delivery engineering experience.
• ABET-accredited degree and professional credentials.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Mansioni

• Lead discipline-specific work for projects and supervise civil-structural packages.
• Support proposals, cost estimating and business development efforts.
• Manage project schedules and budgets; coordinate with clients and other disciplines.
• Provide design direction on foundations, structures and substation layouts.
