Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC is seeking a Civil Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple active projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality. The role requires expertise in heavy civil works, coordination of subs, and proactive problem-solving to keep projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will read civil plans, supervise field crews, and communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil/site development or construction management.
• 3+ years in a superintendent or leadership role overseeing field teams.
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans and construction documents; familiarity with earthwork, utilities, stormwater, and paving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations across multiple active projects and ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials scheduling.
• Review plans and specifications; ensure work aligns with drawings, budget, and schedule.
• Lead safety programs and conduct regular safety meetings/inspections.
• Maintain daily communication with Project Managers on progress, challenges, and resolutions.
