B&S Site Development LLC in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Civil Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple active projects. You will apply heavy civil construction expertise to meet safety, schedule, and budget objectives while coordinating crews and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in site development or heavy civil construction.
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans and construction documents.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; capable of leading field crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations across multiple projects.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment and materials.
• Review plans and specifications to ensure work aligns with drawings and budgets.
• Ensure work complies with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Lead safety meetings and conduct regular site inspections.
• Maintain daily progress reports and time/ material records.
• Mentor foremen and field teams to improve productivity and accountability.
• Manage inspections, testing, and regulatory documentation as required.
• Identify risks or delays and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate progress and challenges to Project Managers.
