B&S Site Development is seeking a Civil Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple active projects. This role requires advanced knowledge in heavy civil construction, strong leadership, and the ability to proactively resolve field challenges to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

You will oversee safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control, while maintaining daily communication with Project Managers and guiding field crews toward productive,

Qualificações

• Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos civiles y documentos de construcción.
• Excelentes habilidades de organización, planificación y resolución de problemas.
• Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
• Manejo básico de aplicaciones informáticas, incluyendo Microsoft Office y software de gestión de proyectos.
• Licencia de conducir válida.
• Certificación OSHA 30 altamente preferida.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar todas las operaciones diarias en los proyectos y garantizar el cumplimiento de los hitos establecidos.
• Coordinar y programar cuadrillas, subcontratistas, equipos y materiales.
• Revisar e interpretar planos, especificaciones y documentos de construcción.
• Asegurar que los trabajos se ejecuten de acuerdo con los planos, el presupuesto, el cronograma y los estándares de calidad.
• Supervisar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y realizar reuniones e inspecciones de seguridad de manera regular.
• Mantener comunicación diaria con los Gerentes de Proyecto sobre avances, desafíos y soluciones.
• Liderar y desarrollar a capataces y equipos de campo para fomentar la productividad y la responsabilidad.
• Gestionar inspecciones, pruebas y documentación requeridas por municipios, agencias reguladoras o clientes.
• Identificar riesgos o posibles retrasos y aplicar acciones correctivas oportunamente.
• Mantener registros precisos, incluyendo reportes diarios, hojas de tiempo y registros de materiales.
