Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC, a fast-growing leader in large-parcel site development, seeks Heavy Civil Superintendents for field operations across multiple active job sites in the United States. Ideal candidates bring extensive heavy civil construction experience, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to scheduling, safety, and quality control.

Responsibilities include coordinating crews and subcontractors, reviewing drawings, maintaining budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in site development or heavy civil construction.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience as a Superintendent or similar leadership role.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting civil plans and construction documents.
• OSHA 30 Certification strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily site operations and ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate and schedule crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure work is performed according to design, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Monitor safety compliance and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Communicate daily with project managers regarding progress, issues, and solutions.
• Lead and mentor foremen and field crews to promote productivity and accountability.
• Manage inspections, testing, and documentation required by municipalities or clients.
• Identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records including daily reports, timecards, and material logs.
