Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to own and advance the NERC CIP compliance program across the organization. You will lead audit activities, drive evidence quality, and mentor analysts while coordinating with IT, Cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance, including ownership of activities.
• Deep knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program and drive process improvements.
• Lead development, maintenance, and execution of CIP-related policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage the compliance task calendar and ensure timely completion across teams.
