Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the NERC CIP program, own audits, and advance regulatory readiness across IT, OT, and security teams. You will drive policy development, evidence collection, and remediation activities with minimal supervision.

You will mentor junior analysts, coordinate regulatory responses, and report program performance to leadership while ensuring CIP compliance excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, information security or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of NERC CIP compliance experience with ownership of activities.
• Strong understanding of CIP standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and mentor peers.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP program and drive improvements.
• Lead development and maintenance of CIP policies, procedures and controls.
• Manage compliance task calendar and accountability across teams.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and self-certifications, ensure evidence readiness.
• Design evidence gathering strategies and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Prepare program metrics and senior leadership reporting on risks and performance.
• Mentor analysts and onboard new CIP team members.
