Job summary

Okta seeks a Senior Product Acceleration Specialist for Auth0 to drive customer success and deep product adoption within enterprise accounts. You will advise on deployment architectures, guide NPIs, and enable developer teams across multiple engagements.

In this role you’ll bridge GTM, engineering, and product management, shaping the Auth0 roadmap with real-world feedback while accelerating customer value at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing technical GTM role delivering identity or SaaS solutions to enterprise accounts.
• Expert-level understanding of Auth0/CIAM platform patterns and deployment.
• Full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and mobile SDKs.
• Deep knowledge of identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM.
• Experience navigating G2K enterprise accounts and complex deployments.

Responsibilities

• Post-Sales Architectural Advisory & Troubleshooting with G2K Enterprise Customers to guide patterns and resolve configuration challenges.
• Pre-Sales & NPI Launch Support with Sales Engineering; develop PoCs and enablement assets for NPIs.
• Developer Enablement & Prototyping providing guidance on Auth0 Actions, SDKs, and modern full-stack patterns.
• Product & NPI Feedback Loop acting as liaison to identify gaps and drive roadmap enhancements.
• Field & Customer Mentorship creating reusable samples and docs for training across teams.
• AI Tooling & Automation to accelerate code generation, debugging, and docs.
• Multi-Project Execution managing concurrent engagements and rapid escalations.
