Okta is seeking a Senior Product Acceleration Specialist for Auth0 to drive customer success and deep product adoption across enterprise accounts. You will advise on complex CIAM deployments, enable developer teams with Actions and SDKs, and align product feedback with engineering and PM teams.

Expect remote collaboration, cross-functional impact, and leadership in NPIs. The role focuses on post-sales and pre-sales integration, guiding large-scale deployments, and accelerating adoption of Auth0

Qualifications

6+ years in a customer-facing technical GTM role delivering identity or SaaS solutions to enterprise accounts.
Expert-level understanding of the Auth0 platform and CIAM patterns, including low-friction authentication and high-volume user management.
Proven experience reading, writing, and debugging full-stack code (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React) and modern mobile SDKs.

Responsibilities

Provide post-sales architectural advisory and troubleshoot complex patterns to maximize platform capabilities.
Support pre-sales with NPIs, PoCs, and enablement assets to drive technical wins and pipeline.
Enable customers with architectural guidance on Auth0 Actions, SDK implementations, and modern full-stack patterns.
