Job summary

Okta is seeking a Senior Product Acceleration Specialist for Auth0 to drive customer success and deep product adoption within Global 2000 accounts. You will guide enterprise engineering teams through complex CIAM deployments, leveraging Auth0 domain knowledge and modern front-end patterns to accelerate adoption.

In this role you will bridge post-sales support, developer enablement, and product innovation, collaborating with Sales, GTM, and Professional Services to deliver PoCs, enablement

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing technical GTM role delivering identity or SaaS to enterprise accounts.
• Expert-level understanding of the Auth0 CIAM platform and patterns.
• Proven full-stack JS experience with reading/writing/debugging code (Node.js, TypeScript, React).
• Deep knowledge of identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for senior engineering leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Post-Sales Architectural Advisory & Troubleshooting: guide complex implementation patterns with G2K Enterprise Customers.
• Pre-Sales & NPI Launch Support: assist with NPIs, PoCs, and enablement assets to drive technical wins.
• Developer Enablement & Prototyping: provide guidance on Auth0 Actions, SDKs, and modern full-stack patterns.
• Product & NPI Feedback Loop: liaison between customers and Product Management to inform roadmaps.
• Field & Customer Mentorship: create samples and docs to train teams on Auth0 capabilities.
• AI Tooling & Automation: leverage AI to accelerate code generation, SDK debugging, and docs.
• Multi-Project Execution: manage multiple engagements with rapid response to escalations.
