Job summary

Okta seeks a Principal Product Acceleration Specialist for Auth0, focusing on strategic enterprise accounts and CIAM deployments. You will guide architecture, optimize platform usage, and align with product teams to accelerate adoption across G2K customers.

You will partner with Sales Engineering, deliver PoCs, and enable developers with modern front-end and backend patterns, working at the intersection of post-sales, dev enablement, and product innovation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a customer-facing technical GTM role delivering identity or SaaS solutions to enterprise accounts.
• Expert-level Auth0/CIAM knowledge and patterns including low-friction authentication and high-volume user management.
• Experience with global System Integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC) on large identity/cloud transformation projects.
• Proven full-stack development skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and mobile SDKs.
• Deep understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise IT landscapes and guiding senior engineering leaders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide implementation patterns with top G2K customers.
• Develop PoCs and enablement assets to secure technical wins and drive pipeline.
• Collaborate with SIs and delivery partners to design scalable deployment blueprints.
• Provide architectural guidance on Auth0 Actions, SDKs, and modern full-stack patterns.
• Relay feedback to Product Management to influence NPIs and roadmaps.
• Create reusable code samples and technical docs for field teams and customers.
