Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead CI across multiple operations.

You will drive data-driven improvement, Lean methods, and automation efforts to enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth while engaging stakeholders at all levels. The role requires startup experience, expertise in AutoCAD, WMS, Power BI, and slotting tools, plus strong leadership, mentoring, and strategic thinking to develop and execute site-level CI plans and KPI action

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management; advanced degrees preferred.
• 9+ years in distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, transportation or supply chain logistics.
• Expertise with Lean Six Sigma, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping; ability to lead cross-functional CI projects.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Excel, and data analytics tools.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of continuous improvement engineering and quality professionals; hire, promote, coach, and develop.
• Lead strategy, scorecards, KPI action plans; assess site and business needs; drive improvement.
• Provide training and mentoring; translate Ryder Business System concepts to local situations.
• Develop advanced competency in engineering methods, data analysis, Lean tools, and quality standards.
• Facilitate Value Stream Maps and Kaizen events; track progress and sustainment.
