Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to guide multi-site CI initiatives, leveraging data analytics and Lean methods to boost safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth. You will supervise a team of CI engineers and quality professionals, drive strategy with KPIs, and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in distribution/warehousing or manufacturing is needed.
• Strong data analysis and Lean Six Sigma knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI resources across multiple operations to drive change.
• Develop strategy, KPI plans, and regular progress reports.
• Coach teams in Engineering, Data Analysis and Lean methods.
• Manage cross-functional CI projects from start to sustainment.
• Oversee QA, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement activities.
