Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a senior Continuous Improvement leader to drive and manage CI initiatives across multiple operations. You will influence performance by applying data analytics, engineering methods, and Lean tools to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.

Reporting to the CI Director/Sr. CI Manager, you will supervise a team, develop strategies, and guide cross-functional projects with senior management and customers. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
• Nine or more years in Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Transportation, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma and data analytics experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a CI/quality team and manage performance.
• Develop and execute strategy, scorecards, KPI plans.
• Provide training and mentoring on Lean methods and tools.
• Develop competencies in engineering methods, data analytics, and Lean.
• Facilitate Value Stream Maps and Kaizen events across accounts.
• Lead CI projects from assessment to sustainment and reporting.
