Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Sr. Channel Manager to lead the C&I Field Channel Marketing team as a remote, strategic operator.

You will direct two Channel Managers, coordinate cross-functional efforts across Commercial, Product, Brand, Supply Chain and Finance, and drive profitability through pricing, promotions, and new product launches. Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product, Sales and/or Marketing experience within the Retail space with a track record of growth and margin accretion.
• Solid analytical skills with understanding of key business metrics (Sales, Gross Margin, Operating Margin, Inventory Turns).
• Project management, collaboration, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of 2 Channel Managers for the Professional Power Tools portfolio in the C&I Field Sales Channel.
• Lead cross-functional work to develop growth initiatives including product, online merchandising, and promotions.
• Analyze sales, inventory, market share and promotions; optimize listings, pricing, and profitability; drive market communication plans and new product launches.
