Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Assistant Channel Manager, HTS - Industrial, remote in the United States. You will support channel marketing activities, manage cross-functional relationships, and analyze sales performance to drive growth. Travel up to 10% is required.

You will build strategic plans, deliver proposals, and contribute to pricing, merchandising, and new product plans for HTS across Industrial channels. A 2+ year track record and a business degree are preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years of Sales, Product, and/or Marketing with a track record of growth and margin contribution.
• BS or BA in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Project management experience with strong attention to deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication; problem-solving ability.
• Analytical skills with understanding of Sales, Gross Margins, Operating Margins, Inventory Turns, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational support for marketing activities to hit operating plans and profitability targets.
• Build and manage relationships with cross-functional partners and decision-makers with clear communication.
• Identify opportunities by understanding customer and sales objectives and priorities.
• Develop and deliver proposals and business plans that meet sales and customer needs.
• Prepare presentations to enhance customer understanding of products/services and drive sales.
• Monitor sales, inventory, market share, and competition; analyze trends for issues and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to address customer concerns and identify improvements.
• Travel up to 10%.
