Stanley Black & Decker Inc. is seeking a Sr. Channel Manager, C&I Field, to join our Channel Marketing team as a remote employee in the United States.

You will lead a two-person team and drive strategic marketing activities, profitability, pricing, and merchandising for the C&I Field channel. You will collaborate with Commercial, Product, Brand, Supply Chain and Finance to develop growth initiatives, launch new products, and optimize market messaging while ensuring alignment with the overall

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product, Sales, and/or Marketing experience in Retail with demonstrated sales growth and margin accretion.
• Strong analytical skills with understanding of Sales, Gross Margins, Operating Margins, Inventory Turns.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of 2 Channel Managers for the Professional Power Tools portfolio in the C&I Field Sales Channel.
• Lead cross-functional work with Commercial, Product, Brand, Supply Chain and Finance to develop growth initiatives.
• Present new products, merchandising, and promotional strategies; execute market communication plans and launches.
• Review brand messaging to align with channel strategy and improve customer experience.
• Analyze sales, inventory, market share, and competitive landscape; adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with Sales and Finance to manage listings, maximize sales and profitability via mix and pricing actions.
• Make sound business decisions to drive top and bottom lines within the channel P&L.
• Mentor team members and lead high-impact projects across the channel team.
