Qualifications

• Bachelor/Associate degree or 5+ years of trade experience in a shop environment.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience in industrial sales preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• CRM experience with Salesforce.com preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, grow, and develop a sales territory in Western Michigan and Northeast Indiana.
• Demonstrate value of the product portfolio and provide cost savings analysis.
• Support customers with sales analysis, inventory control, and promotions.
• Handle territory administration, travel expenses, forecasts, and leadership requests.
• Keep distributors informed and align sales personnel with value-added services.
• Create and present value-based communications with distribution and end users.
