Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is hiring a Regional Sales Director for the Industrial Field – West. This remote/field-based role leads a sales team and drives regional revenue targets across the West region, including DEWALT and PROTO brands.

Expect 50% travel within the U.S. and close collaboration with marketing and supply chain to align forecasts and promotions. The ideal candidate has a decade of sales experience in the industrial sector with leadership experience, strong negotiation and CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field required.
• 10+ years of Sales in Industrial channel or related manufacturing sectors; 5+ years in leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales operations within assigned region and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop localized sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and mentor a field-based sales team to meet individual and team goals.
• Build relationships with distributors and end-users; negotiate high-value contracts.
• Forecast, analyze sales data, and contribute to S&OP/IBP processes.
• Collaborate with Channel Marketing and supply chain to align demand and promotion plans.
