Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years in sales operations or equivalent in a B2B environment.
• 5+ years of analytical experience in sales, finance, or planning.
• 5+ years of managing a team of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide insight into sales activity, performance, and trends to leadership.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to optimize revenue operations.
• Develop and implement sales processes to enhance performance and targets.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities and improvements.
• Manage Pricing Specialist team and collaborate with sales on pricing.
• Generate sales reports and forecast demand.
