Job summary

EY’s People Consulting team in the United States seeks a Senior Learning Designer to drive end-to-end training for large SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will translate business process changes into practical learning solutions, design ILT/WBT, simulations, and job aids, and ensure user readiness across client contexts.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs, change management leads, and cross-functional stakeholders, with hybrid work and travel to client sites or EY offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or psychology.
• 3–5+ years in learning design, training development, or change management.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong instructional design across ILT, WBT, and digital learning.
• Translate complex system concepts into user-friendly content.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid model (3 days at client site or EY office).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-user training materials (ILT, WBT, simulations, job aids).
• Translate change impacts into structured learning content.
• Create engaging learning experiences enabling SAP transactions in the future state.
• Apply adult learning principles and blended learning approaches.
• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content and align across workstreams.
• Contribute to Train-the-Trainer preparation and knowledge transfer.
