Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Learning Designer for People Consulting in the US. You will design and deliver role-based SAP S/4HANA training and develop end-to-end content across ILT, WBT, simulations, and job aids. You will translate complex changes into practical learning for large-scale transformations.

You will partner with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, drive adoption, and enable user readiness across client environments in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (business, HR, or psychology).
• 3–5+ years in learning design, training development, or change management.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
• Strong instructional design across ILT, references, and digital learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-user training materials (ILT, WBT, simulations, job aids).
• Translate business changes into structured, role-based learning content.
• Create engaging experiences to enable SAP transactions in future state.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content and drive alignment.
