Job summary

The Standard is seeking a Senior Change Manager to partner with business leaders across the enterprise and apply our people-centered change management methodology to deliver customer value through large-scale changes to processes, technology, and organization.

You will lead design and execution of change strategies, collaborate with senior leaders, and expand the practice by sharing best practices and coaching peers to drive impactful outcomes across the company.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years end-to-end change management delivery.
• CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci or ADKAR certification required.
• Consulting capabilities preferred.
• Agile and Lean experience preferred.
• Actuary experience preferred.
• Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and grow the discipline of change management across the company.
• Lead consistent change strategy design and execution for each change.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure successful sponsorship of changes.
• Facilitate the creation and completion of practical change management deliverables.
• Model change management behavior and coach peers in the office.
• Provide strategic guidance to leaders and expand best practices in change management.
