Job summary

The Standard is seeking a Senior Change Manager in Portland to partner with business leaders and apply our people-centered change management methodology. You will drive value for initiatives affecting processes, technology, organizational structures, and products that deliver customer value.

You will maintain a strong focus on sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, and practical change artifacts, while expanding our change-management capabilities across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7–10 years of end-to-end change management experience.
• CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci or ADKAR certification required.
• Consulting, Agile/Lean, Actuary or industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverage the company's structured methodology to design and execute change strategies that meet the needs of each change initiative.
• Collaborate with leaders across the enterprise to ensure successful sponsorship of changes.
• Facilitate the completion and creation of practical change management deliverables.
• Model change management practices and coach peers within the Change Management Office.
• Act as a strategic thought partner for leaders and provide guidance in strategy development.
• Enhance and expand the change management methodology with best practices.
