The Standard in Oregon seeks a Senior Change Manager to partner with business leaders and apply a people-centered change management approach that delivers customer value through process, technology, and organizational changes.

Lead strategy design, sponsorship, and practical deliverables, while coaching peers and expanding best practices across the change management office. Competitive salary and strong benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–10 years delivering end-to-end change management using established methodologies.
• CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci or ADKAR certification required.
• Consulting capabilities preferred; Agile and Lean experience preferred.
• Actuary experience and industry background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead change strategy design and execution using structured methodology.
• Collaborate with enterprise leaders to ensure successful sponsorship.
• Facilitate creation of practical change management deliverables.
• Model change management behavior and coach peers in the office.
• Act as a strategic thought partner for leaders in strategizing.
• Expand and strengthen change management methodology with best practices.
