• CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci or ADKAR certification required.

• Agile and Lean experience preferred.
• Actuary experience preferred.
• Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and grow the change management discipline across the company using the Standard's methodology.
• Collaborate with enterprise leaders to ensure effective sponsorship of changes.
• Facilitate development of practical change management deliverables.
• Model and coach change management practices across teams.
