Job summary

The Standard is seeking a Senior Change Manager to partner with business leaders across the enterprise and refine The Standard’s customer-focused change management methodology, guiding significant changes to processes, technology, organizational structures, and products that will deliver customer value.

You will lead strategy design, sponsor engagement, and practical change management deliverables, while coaching peers and expanding our best practices in change management.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience delivering end-to-end change management using known methodologies.
• CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci or ADKAR certification required.
• Consulting capabilities preferred; Agile and Lean experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead change strategy design and execution using The Standard’s methodology.
• Collaborate with enterprise leaders to secure sponsorship for changes.
• Create and deliver practical change management artifacts and deliverables.
• Coach peers and expand best practices in the change management office.
