The Standard is seeking a Senior Change Manager who will partner with business leaders across the enterprise and apply our customized people-centered change management methodology to deliver customer value through significant changes to process, technology, organizational structures, and products.

The role involves leading change strategy design, collaborating on sponsorship, and producing practical change management deliverables while coaching peers and expanding our methodology; a strategic

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience: 7-10 years of experience delivering end to end change management leveraging known/established methodologies.
• CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci or ADKAR certified (required)

Responsibilities

• Leveraging the Standard's structured methodology to lead consistent change strategy design and execution to ensure the unique needs of each change are met.
• Collaborating with key leaders and partners across the enterprise to ensure successful change sponsorship.
• Facilitating the completion and creation of practical change management deliverables.
• Modeling change management behavior and engaging in peer learning and coaching with other change resources in the change management office.
• Acting as a strategic thought partner for leaders and providing guidance when strategizing.
• Expanding and fortifying our change management methodology by being a credible resource for best practices in change management.
