Job summary

UNS is seeking a Change Process Leader to provide internal consulting services for change initiatives. You will partner with executives, initiative managers, and content leaders to apply change methods, processes, and tools to achieve targeted outcomes.

You will champion the enterprise change practice by guiding and coaching employees at all levels on adopted change leadership strategies to deliver comprehensive, sustained change across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 5–10 years of experience in change and/or organizational development.
• Demonstrated understanding of change leadership and project management.
• Proven organizational change skills including stakeholder identification and analysis, impact analysis, engagement and communication strategies, and change planning and execution.
• Collaborative, team-oriented style with ability to influence at all levels to advance change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Change Leadership.
• Provide change leadership consulting to internal clients supporting key initiatives.
• Advance UNS' change leadership strategy to deepen change agility across the organization.
• Assist in planning, development and execution of change leadership strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Guide, educate, and coach employees on change leadership strategies and techniques.
• Champion enterprise change practices across all levels of the organization.
• Align change leadership with strategy, governance, process improvement, project management, and communications.
• Ensure initiatives have adequate resources, timelines, capacity, and scope.
• Develop metrics for change initiatives and evaluate progress and outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of operations and practices and foster collaboration across teams.
