Centene Corp. is seeking a Change Enablement Lead to drive daily execution and govern the enterprise Change Enablement process. You will lead Change Managers, oversee work intake, and ensure policy and risk controls are followed.

You will review complex changes, coordinate readiness activities across teams, coach peers, and report on workload, risks, and improvements. The role balances hands-on leadership with governance to maintain quality and compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business field with 5–7 years related experience
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification required
• 3+ years performing change management reviews in a large enterprise environment

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily operational leadership for Change Enablement review queues and assign work
• Monitor workload, aging, service levels, deadlines, and coverage using ServiceNow
• Review complex or escalated production changes for risk, impact, readiness, and scheduling conflicts
• Ensure change records comply with Change Enablement policies and governance requirements
• Coordinate with change owners to ensure documentation and readiness before implementation
• Serve as escalation point for complex reviews and policy interpretation
• Escalate policy decisions or readiness concerns to management
• Provide coaching, training, and knowledge sharing to Change Managers
• Perform quality reviews and identify coaching opportunities
• Develop job aids, procedures, and training materials
• Coordinate post-implementation reviews and track corrective actions
• Partner with Incident and Problem Management for root cause analysis
• Provide management with updates on workload, risks, and trends
• Maintain governance evidence for reporting and audits
• Lead or support Change Enablement initiatives
• Complies with all policies and standards
