Centene Corp. in the United States seeks a seasoned transformation leader to drive operational efficiency across business and IT. You will guide large-scale programs from discovery to implementation, mentor teams, and partner with executives to shape strategic roadmaps.

You will conduct capability maturity assessments, benchmark processes, map customer journeys, and deliver measurable financial and operational benefits while aligning with governance and change management practices.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in at least two of: process improvement, business analysis, external consulting, customer journey, organizational change management, IT solution/architecture, or project management.

Responsabilidades

• Establish strategic partnership by gaining knowledge of the business and technology, building trust, and showing value.
• Provide guidance and leadership across diverse, cross-functional stakeholders.
• Make independently ideated, informed business recommendations.
• Leads jumbo initiatives (impacts 1k+ people, 3-5 functions or 75%+ reengineer).
• Lead large scale workshops across levels up to Executive leadership for strategy and process mapping.
• Lead diagnostics and develop a multi-year strategic roadmap.
